Everyone attending the race is required to fill out and sign these waivers.

They will be collected on race day as you enter the facility.

Adults need only fill out the one waiver.  Minors need to fill out the minor waiver, with an accompanying parental waiver form.

Printing and signing these waivers prior to the event will greatly simplify race day - thanks for your cooperation.
